1. Agreement to Terms
   By accessing or using the Skyvium website (skyvium.com) and purchasing products from us, you agree to
   be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our
   website or place orders.
   
2. About Skyvium
   Skyvium is an online store that sells custom-designed mouse pads, phone cases, and other accessories.
   All products are produced on demand through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We currently serve
   customers in the United States only.
   
3. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases on our
   website. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
   
4. Products & Descriptions
   We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee
   that the colors you see on your screen will exactly match the final printed product, as display settings vary
   across devices. Slight color variations between your screen and the delivered product are normal and do
   not constitute a defect.
   
5. Pricing & Taxes
   All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout
   based on your shipping address, in compliance with state and local tax regulations. We reserve the right to
   change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already
   been placed.
   
6. Orders & Payment
   By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or
   decline any order for any reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing.
   Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and
   other payment methods available through Stripe.
   
7. Custom / Made-to-Order Products
   All Skyvium products are custom-made upon order. Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed.
   Because of this:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of verifiable product
  defects or shipping damage, as described in our Returns Policy.

1. Shipping & Delivery
   Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on production times, estimated delivery times, shipping
   methods, and our policies regarding lost or damaged packages. You are responsible for providing a
   correct and complete shipping address.
   
2. Returns & Refunds
   All sales are final. Returns and refunds are only considered for defective or damaged products reported
   within 24 hours of delivery. Full details are available in our Returns & Refund Policy.
   
3. Intellectual Property
   All content on the Skyvium website — including but not limited to product designs, images, text, logos, and
   graphics — is the property of Skyvium or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual
   property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on
   our website without our prior written consent.
   
4. User Conduct
   When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the website.

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyvium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
   consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total
   liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
   
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
   Products are provided “as is.” While we strive for the highest quality, we make no warranties, express or
   implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of our
   products. The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
   
3. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skyvium, its owners, employees, and affiliates from
   any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of
   the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

   disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
